Principal Brent Riessen

Welcome to Johnston Middle School! Located in the Johnston Community School District, we serve 1,050 students in eighth and ninth grades. We are committed to supporting students and families academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are proud of our students in all aspects of their education. Our students not only excel in the classroom but they also exceed expectations in our extra and co-curricular programs. Now in the second year of our 1:1 iPad initiative, we continue to integrate technology into all of our programs and are excited to see how far our students can go with this wonderful opportunity.
