Get Connected with Naviance
Family Connection/Naviance is a comprehensive website that you and your student can use to make plans about post-secondary options and careers. Students will have access to a wide variety of resources for post-secondary exploration as they navigate through middle school and high school.
Naviance Family Connection allows students to:
Research colleges – Provides detailed search methods to allow students to explore college options and extend their possible choices for beyond high school. It also allows easy access to college websites from one central location.
Research careers – Research hundreds of careers and career clusters, take career assessments and help students plan for their future. Students can also view the Road Trip Nation videos which showcase hundreds of community leaders sharing their struggles, triumphs, and self-discovery. These themes have been broken down into 48 themes and 29 interest areas.
Your student will utilize Family Connection as part of the Summit counseling curriculum but families are encouraged to explore this resource together.
