Intro to Competitive Swimming
- WHAT: Introduction to Competitive Swimming is a transitional class bridging the gap between swimming lessons and competitive swim team. This class will teach strokes and stroke progressions for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, flip turns, and racing starts.
