Military Family Information Meeting is June 17
Military families are invited to an informational meeting on June 17 at 6:00 PM in the Johnston High School auditorium. This meeting is for all military parents, spouses, and children who attend any of our Johnston schools. There are a few goals for this evening’s event:
· Meet local military families
· Learn how Johnston Schools can best support our students in military families
· Discuss other supports for Johnston military families
The agenda for the night is simple. We want to hear from our military parents, spouses, and students in order to create a plan for communication and support. We will have some brief introductions to begin the meeting, discuss some intended outcomes, and then break into small groups for discussion.
