District Email Issues
The JCSD Technology Team has been made aware of non-delivery issue for a number of district emails. For example, a JCSD employee could respond to an email, but because of these non-delivery issues, the email reply would not be sent to the original sender, thus creating a gap and delay in communication.
The Technology teams are now aware that this issue has been happening over the past several weeks. When this happens, employees are not made aware that their messages did not go through. We apologize for this disruption to communication and are actively working to get all issues resolved.
We would encourage people to follow up on their emails to JCSD staff if they have not received a timely reply, as it is likely due to the non-delivery issues. Thank you!
