JTP Director

The JTP Director focuses on educating the whole child while connecting with others. This position‬ will create a culture where collaboration with all student connections and supports are focused‬ on the same goal for the student while fostering personal relationships and creating various‬ cultures of learning that engages the student, staff and family members.‬

JTP Mental Health Specialist

Our Specialist serves throughout the classroom’s continuum of therapeutic supports to meet‬ the social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health (SEBMH) needs of children/youth. This may‬ include partnering with classroom staff to support generalization of social-emotional skills;‬ providing supplemental and small group, skill-based instruction in partnership with classroom‬ teachers and behavior interventions; and/or providing direct support to children/youth.

JTP Behavior Technician

Our Behavior technician supports the classroom team in providing instruction to individuals and small groups of‬ students with social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health (SEBMH) needs as well as provide‬ assistance with de-escalating behaviors and reintegration back into the classroom setting.

AEA Special Education Consulting Team:

Our AEA staff serve as an instructional and support service specialist, assisting the classroom‬team with designing programming, including support with assessment and data-based decision‬ making. The special education consultant also serves as an advocate for all children and‬ youth, as well as assist in the development of professional development activities for staff.‬
