NATIONAL HISTORY DAY: NHD drop-ins this week are Tuesday 6:30-7:30am and Thursday from 2:50 – 4:00pm. In case of inclement weather, NHD drop-ins will be cancelled. See Ms. Ites with questions.
SUMMIT THEATER PRODUCTION : Rehearsal Tonight in the Cafeteria from 3-5pm for “Falling Star” Please check the Moodle page for schedule updates and announcements. Costume Crew, Stage Crew, Light/Sound Crew and Set/Props crew meet Tomorrow, Tuesday in the Cafeteria from 3-4pm
SCHOOL CLIMATE COMMITTEE: School Climate Committee Video Group will meet on Thursday morning at 7:35 in Room 142.If you signed up to help out with the video you will attend this meeting. Please see Mrs. Heston or Mrs. Brock with any questions!
BIG SISTER/LITTLE SISTER: Big Sister/ Little Sister will be meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, February 5th from 3-4pm in Voyage Community room 228.
MATH COUNTS COMPETITION: Congratulations to these students that were selected to represent Summit in this year’s Math Counts competition on February 20. Sruthi Vallabhajosyula, Willie Zhao, James Anderson, Jonah Rowland, Vashnavi Banda, Ben Cramer, Peyton Brown, Maanit Sheth, Nikolay Silkin, Shreyas Shrestha, Gabriela Larota and Sid Rajkumar.
HAPPY FEBRUARY FROM THE SUMMIT LIBRARY

Come into the library to check out the Valentine Displays and see what books the Summit Staff loves!! Add your own heart with a title of a book that you love, and you will be put into a drawing for prizes! We will draw for winners on Valentine’s Day.
Children’s Choice/Teen Choice Challenge Update – We have had 231 entries in the contest. Keep reading those award winning books! Claire Moorman, Clara Orosco, Mackenzie Anderson, and Quinn Pohlman have now read over 15 books! Random drawn prize winners this month are: Makenna Severin, Maia Tecklenburg, and Shreyas Srestha. All winners should come to the library to collect their prizes!
Please be sure to return overdue materials. Check your e-mail to see if you have anything overdue. And if you have borrowed headphones, please return those to the library as well!
