Date of Season and Practice Information
Summer workout begin in June, and the Colorado trip is in July. Official season begins in August
Cross Country runners in grades 9-12 practice together at Johnston High School, at 3:00 daily.
Middle school is open to students in grades 7 & 8. Practice is held at Johnston Middle School, starting at 3pm. Students in grade 7 will take an activity shuttle from Summit to JMS. Practice begins the first day of school.
About the Program
We have been one of the largest cross country programs in the Midwest for several years. Our motto is, “Striving to build young men of character in a fun, competitive, brotherhood atmosphere”.
