Dates of Season and Practice Information
Official season runs from August to November. Practices are every day after school.
Volleyball players in grades 10-12 practice at Johnston High School, at 3:00 daily. 9th grade players practice at Johnston Middle School, at 3:00 daily.
Middle school is open to students in grade 8. Practice is held at Johnston Middle School, 3:00-5:15pm daily.
About the Program
Dragon Volleyball has been to the state tournament 9 times and has one state title (2007) and two runner-up finishes (1997 & 2008).
