Enroll in the Johnston Community School District
Formal open enrollment notification shall be made on a form prescribed by the Department of Education and are available with the district’s enrollment specialist. A completed form must be filed with both the resident and receiving district. Placement will be determined in late July or early August. Placement for open enrollment students is based on class size and space availability.
Open enrollment may result in the loss of athletic eligibility for varsity competition. For more information on Open Enrollment, please call (515) 278-0470 and speak with the Enrollment Specialist.
