How does STA screen their bus drivers/employees?
STA first conducts an initial background check, then extends the background check on all employees to include not only the criminal check for the residing state and counties but the Sex Offender registry and Nation Wide criminal screen as well.

Yes! STA is currently are hiring school bus drivers for routes within the Johnston Community School District. Free training is available for those who want to become professional school bus drivers. STA training program consists of classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, preparing you for the CDL written and road examinations.
