What is it?
Title IIA is designed to improve student achievement by providing funds to school districts for the training, recruitment, and retention of teachers and principals.
How Does JCSD Use Title IIA?
Title IIA supports a variety of professional learning, including:
- Frontline software training and implementation coaching to support a rigorous, transparent, and fair evaluation and support system for teachers and administrators
- Assessment literacy and formative assessment design
- Implementation of literacy strategies to improve growth for our students in FAST reading assessment
